Thank you for choosing BumpBelt for your safety needs. We are committed to delivering high-quality products and exceptional service. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.

Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns or exchanges within 60 days of receiving your item. To be eligible, products must be barely used, and in it's original packaging.

You may request a return or refund under the following conditions:

• The item was damaged upon arrival
• You received the wrong product
• Your order did not arrive

To begin the return or refund process, please email us at support@bumpbelt.co with your receipt or proof of purchase. If the item is damaged or incorrect, please include clear photos.

Once we receive your request, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow a few business days for processing, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

If your refund has not appeared after several days:

• Check your bank or credit card statement again
• Contact your card provider or bank
• If you still need assistance, email us at support@bumpbelt.co
• We aim to process all approved refunds within 24–48 hours.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel an order, please do so within 30 minutes of placing it.

To request a cancellation, email us at support@dermara.com with:

• Your order number
• Name on the order
• Email address used at checkout
• (Optional) Reason for cancellation – this helps us improve!

Cancellations made within 30 minutes will be confirmed by email.
After 30 minutes, the order may have already been processed and can no longer be canceled.
